A 13-unit new build housing development on a site previously occupied by four light industrial B1 units on the edge of this small historic South Oxfordshire town.

Carroll Architects and Surveyors designed and obtained planning permission for this mid-scale development of terraced “cottage style” housing. In support of the successful planning permission, Carroll’s additionally produced a marketing report having acted as letting agents for the client demonstrating continued use of the units had become uneconomic lending support to successful grant of the planning application.
