DOROTHY TERRY HOUSE, REDDITCH
Dorothy Terry House is a new build 62 bed residential scheme for people with dementia in Redditch, Worcestershire. It replaces a previous care home housed in a late Victorian building, and provides a new model of care in which all residents have their own private accommodation in one of the 42 flats, with flexible care packages tailored to their individual needs. In addition to this, there is now a new ‘Well-being center’, complete with a carer support cafe, laundry and beauty salon, all of which are open to both residents and the general public.
